A certified trainer with Junior hockey playing experience, Chris has built many reputable team training programs including the MJHL Champion Winkler Flyers.
A seasoned veteran of competitive sport, Garrett provides a strong knowledge of what it takes for athletes to break into the next level having played extensively throughout North America himself.
A B.Kin. graduate working on completing his masters in Physiotherapy, Tiago brings a wealth of USports experience to our athlete programs.
HYBRID TRAINING [In Gym & Mobile App]
This package is suitable for teams with limited availability to get in the gym and/or younger teams looking to get athletes started with Strength & Conditioning for improved sport performance.
TRAINING INCLUDES:
- Team Training Sessions to schedule anytime during season
Options Below for 1, 5, or 10 training sessions
PLUS Mobile App with workouts available to each athlete to complete individually, or as a team away from the gym.
Mobile App Includes:
- Program updated throughout entire season
- Video demonstrations
- Tracking capability
- Individual athlete profiles
- Athlete data saved for future training
- Workouts scaled to age/development
- Workouts built with option for no equipment
- Team Chat in-app with Strength Coach for support
Other Training Benefits:
- Exclusive Sports Performance Area in Gym
- Performance Testing to track individual athlete progress
- Fully Guided by a Coach During each In-Gym Session

Full Season Team Fee:
10 Training Sessions plus Mobile App Program: $1395 + gst
5 Training Sessions plus Mobile App Program: $995 + gst
Mobile App Program Only [includes 1 team training session]: $575 + gst

WEEKLY TRAINING [In Gym]
This package is most suitable for teams looking for high level consistent training and/or regular availability to be in the gym under a supervised plan.
TRAINING INCLUDES:
- Option for 20, 30, or 40 Team Training Sessions
Scheduled on recurring weekly times during season
Other Training Benefits:
- Exclusive Sports Performance Area in Gym
- Performance Testing to track individual athlete progress
- Fully Guided by a Coach During each In-Gym Session
- Performance Nutrition Guide and Coaching
- Mobility Drills for game day use
- Measurable Results in Power, Speed, Strength and Endurance
Team Fee: Varies dependant on total sessions
